Minor Skilled: Introduction

In this series of posts I will attempt to document the work on my minor (Skilled) for my study at the Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede.

The plan is to setup an easily extend-able (and preferably modular) game engine, although for my minor I will only build the core engine and the rendering engine. This leaves items such as the physics engine available for either my spare time, or for during my specializations.

The rendering engine is intended to have full PBR support, and to make it somewhat more challenging this should all be able to run in real-time with at least 60fps on an Intel HD4600 iGPU.
